Please allow the following timescales for delivery:

Hardware = 2-3 working days.

Toughened glass = 7-10 workings days.

Toughened laminated glass = 14-21 working days.

** All of the above timescales are approximate and subject to stock / manufacture timescales. **

Upon delivery, the loading / unloading, handling and carrying of glass shall be entirely at the client’s risk. It is therefore the responsibility of the client to ensure that the right amount of people are available to off load all glass panels.

All glass / hardware must be inspected by the client upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to Aspire Glass AND the delivery driver immediately. Any glass / hardware shortages must be reported to Aspire Glass within 48 hours of delivery – replacements cannot be considered after these time scales.

By signing a delivery / collection note, the client acknowledges receipt of all items purchased from Aspire Glass and confirms they are satisfied with the condition of these items. Aspire Glass will not be responsible for any damages noted from this point.
